MAIA is a decision-support aid. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, and it never replaces clinical judgement. Final decisions always remain with the treating clinician — and if you're a patient using MAIA, bring its reports to a healthcare professional, especially if something feels urgent.

Free to use, fairly

Every read is free. To keep the service available for everyone, there's a cap on how many reads one account can run in a short window — paid plans raise the cap, never the price of a read.

Share only what's yours

Please upload only images you have the right to share — your own, or those of a patient in your care, handled under your local confidentiality and consent obligations. Crop out identifiers where you can.
